Charging
The J02 Bluetooth headset is partially charged at the factory. Please make sure that you fully charge it before using it for the first time. To charge the unit: 1. Plug the micro-USB end of the
charging cable into the headset.
2. Plug the USB end of the
charging cable to any USB charger or USB port from your computer.
3. Red LED indicator will be ON
when charging is in progress.
4. When charging is finished, the

Normally it takes 2 hours to fully charge the battery from empty. We recommend charge the headset at least once every month
The Bluetooth headset is capable of simultaneously connect to two smartphones. To do this: • Follow the instructions in the
“Pairing” section to connect the Bluetooth headset to smartphone 1.
• Once connection is successfully
established, disable the Bluetooth function on smartphone 1, and turn off the Bluetooth headset.
• Follow the instructions in the
“Pairing” section to connect the Bluetooth headset to smartphone 2.
• Once connection between
smartphone 2 and the Bluetooth headset is established, go back to smartphone 1, and turn on the Bluetooth function on smartphone 1.
• The Bluetooth headset (J02)
should appear in the connection list, simply tab it to connect if it doesn’ t connect automatically.
You have now maintained an active connection with 2 smartphones at
the same time. You can now make / answer phone calls from both smartphones. Note: You can also pair two
Bluetooth devices with the headset at the same time.
Connection priority
When connected to two smartphones simultaneously, the last phone used for call /answer calls will have higher priority. For example, an incoming call is answered with smartphone 1. During the call, a second call is coming to smartphone 2. Press the multi-function button once will answer call 2 with smartphone 2. But call 1 on smartphone 1 is still on. When call 2 is ended (by operation from smartphone 2), the headset will return to call 1 on smartphone 1.
Reconnecting
Once you have successfully paired the headset with a Bluetooth device, you no longer need to bring
both into pairing mode for them to pair again. Simply turn on both device, and they should automatically connect with each other. For some smartphones, you may have to select the Bluetooth headset from the list of available devices, and tab to connect.
Pairing with PC
Before connecting to your PC,
please make sure that: • Your PC has Bluetooth function, or
have Bluetooth dongle installed and working.
• Download and install the latest
Bluetooth driver for your operation system.
To connect the Bluetooth
headset with your PC: • Turn on the Bluetooth headset by
sliding the power button (Blue light flash 3 times when turned on).
• Press and hold the function button
until you see the LED indicator flashing in red and blue.
Warranty
1 year parts and labor warranty. If the headset becomes defective due to manufacture fault, we will fix it or replace it free of charge. However, customer is liable for the shipping cost past 3 months from original purchase date. FAQ / Trouble shooting
Q: The connection is not stable
and cuts out intermittently.
A: While the range of Bluetooth is
33 feet (10 meters), the optimal range for Bluetooth stereo transmission is 5 – 10 feet (or 3 meters). Bluetooth signal is prone to loss caused by impenetrable objects like walls and ceilings. Additionally, other radio transmitting device in the area can also interfere with Bluetooth transmission. Please make sure there are no objects between the headset and your Bluetooth device, as well as check out any other radio transmitting device within range.
Q: I have turned the Bluetooth
headset on, but it is not connecting to my smartphone / music player.
A: In order for both devices to
connect, you will need to bring both to pairing mode. Simply
turn on any device is not going to make them connect. Please follow the instruction in the “pairing” section.
Q: I have established connection
with my smartphone / music player, but I am not hearing any sound.
A: Please make sure that you
turn up the volume of both devices. Some smartphone requires you to setup the Bluetooth headset as an audio output device before sound is transmitted. Please see the instruction of your smartphone for details. If you are using a music player or other Bluetooth device, please make sure it supports A2DP stereo music profile.
Q: I cannot hear the headset very
clearly.
A: Please adjust the volume on
your phone and headset. Make sure there is no source of interference nearby. Stay
close to your smartphone / music player.
Q: The other person cannot hear
my call clearly.
A: Make sure your phone is not
connected to another Bluetooth device. Bring your smartphone closer to you and reposition the headset.

Assemble the headset
The J02 headset comes with 2 ear hook and 3 earbud tips. These accessories are interchangeable to best fit your wearing style.
Wearing the headset
1. Place the headset into your ear,
pointing straight down.
2. Then twist the headset upwards

fitting securely in your ear.
Pairing
In order to pair the Bluetooth headset with your smartphone or any other device, you will need to bring it to pairing mode first. Please follow the following steps: 1. Turn on the headset by sliding
the power button.
2. Press and hold the multifunction
button for 5 seconds or until you see the LED indicator flashing in red and blue
alternatively.
3. Once the LED indicator is
flashing in red and blue, the headset is now in pairing mode.
If you are using a smartphone or tablet, you should now be able to
discover the Bluetooth headset (J02) listed as available device for connection. Please follow the instruction of your smart phone or tablet to connect to the Bluetooth headset. If your device is asking for a password, please enter “0000”. If you are using a Bluetooth transmitter or other device without screen, please follow the instructions of your device to bring it to pairing mode. Once the two devices are in pairing mode, they should connect automatically. Please make sure to bring both
devices next to each other or
within 3 feet when pairing. Note: Please make sure to keep
the device away from other Bluetooth or radio transmitting device during pairing stage, as interference may cause pairing failure.
• Go to Setting -> Bluetooth Setting
-> Search Bluetooth Device.
• The Bluetooth headset should
appear as an available device under the name “J02”.
• Click on connect and enter PIN
“0000” if required.
Reset to factory default
setting
Connect the headset to a charging source and make sure it is charging (see section “Charging” for more details). When the device is in charging mode, press and hold the multi-function button until you see the red LED indicator flash 3 times. This will reset the headset to factory default setting.
